You have to invest to reap the benefits, so if you contributed very little of your income who should support you in your old age. Secondly, Does the world bank dictate what you should pay, let them tell the develop world to take care of their homeless and destitute.
  Don't just take dictates hook and sinker. Think and don't turn the scheme into a Ponzi.

  I am not a Pensioner GaBaa but I think paragraph by paragraph you made real poits Re the investment by SSNIT yes perfect they made some bad investment example the GICEL Estate at Weija where DVLA has its offices a brilliant idea on paper but wrong in action and so the shope are there distance economic activity and low income on this part of the world that is why it does invest with Goverment most often but when Goverment keep borrowing whenever the Economy experiences setbacks the investors will suffer.
  On his point of $2.15 it's part of the UN MDG goals that is a benchmark for measuring poverty.
  Re if you contributed very little who should help you I think the pensioners are not asking for a handout.And again NOBODY DECIDED TO BE POOR OR UNEMPLOYED ON WANTS TO LIVE ON HANDOUTS even if that in foreign countries where we have migrated to they have safe nets to protect extremes of society and world dynamics so that defeats the who should help you argument again what about the LEAP the goverment pays out to support the weaklings in the society?
  For me you statement of who should help you is on the low side my word is to you they decided to sign on to poverty but my final word is NEVER MOCK A PAIN YOU HAVE NOT ENDURED BECAUSE WHEN LIFE HITS YOU,YOUMIHHT BECOME EVERYTHING YOU EVER CRITICISED.
