Ghanaian leaders have been dumb since Kufour's Presidency because it was under President Kufuor that this robbery custom duties charges started. It wasn't like that even under Rawlings when commercial trucks, haulage trucks didn't attract any custom duties because of their role in the economy. Ghanaians, in general have no clue of how to do business unlike Nigerians. A Ghanaian wants to make at least 100% profit on the sales of his/her products such that a developer will construct buildings and let them sit unsold for years because of ridiculously mad prices he puts on them
