Nii please note that the case was not over by 7th January 2025. The assets to be used to defray part of the loss had been tagged by the receiver.
It is only when a judgement is made that the assets can be disposed off.

Joseph Hill put it in his lyrics that " you made the people's misery your pray". Politicians scream against thievery in opposition only so they will gain the vote to come to power. No intention of righting the wrong as they have in mind to do the same things.
We see how the galamsay ball is being played. I remember somebody said his government will be put on the line to stop it. We all saw what happened and it is the same with every other malfeasance we see.

In fairness to our beloved country Ghana, I am strongly of the opinion that this remarks made by the former Attorney General regarding the process that he thinks the conduct of the current Attorney General are at variance in terms of negotiations for recoveries, prosecutions etc have not been handled well in his opinion needs to be looked at by an independent body and the facts be laid before the Republic of Ghana.
It will be wrong for this allegations of mishandling of cases are not to be looked into.
What will result if it is overlooked?
1, THE CURRENT AG'S EFFORTS AND CREDIBILITY WILL BE DRAWN IN THE MAD AND UNAPPROPRIATED.
2, PUBLIC CONFIDENCE IN HIM WILL BE ERODED.
As a Country we are now at a crucial point in our history where the Citizens are disillusioned at the Justice system .
This should not be allowed to be the norm .
As a result everything has to be done by everyone to help restore TRUST AND CONFIDENCE IN OUR INSTITUTIONS.
IT IS NOT ABOUT GODFRED DAME OR DR. AYINE .
IT IS ALL ABOUT GHANA!
