I can confidently state that Ken Agyapong is one of the reason NPP appointees have looted so much because, he has always bragged about the number of houses he has acquired and this goes way back. So many leeches in the party have taken what I call ill-fated inspiration from his (Ken) penchant of amassing materialism anytime they get the chance. It goes to expose them for who they are. Afterall, they call themselves a property owning democrats and sadly, it's at the expense of the public purse. Criminals!!!
