  if so, then may I ask;
  
  Are our politicians intelligent?
  Can the politician address where the court erred in the judgment?
  Can the politician confirm if the judgment is political or the domolition?
  These politicians do not exude intelligence in their analysis at all, in any day.
  It is a shame that we continue listening to such people. How do you expect such a person be a minister and achieve, when he cannot distinguish between a court judgment which started years ago, and political vengeance?
