  Our political framework is not founded upon scientific principles or metrological standards.
  
  Our deficit of SMART (Specific Measurable Achievable Relevant Timebound) Formalization, i.e.,
  A Ghana Card must entail the following:
  
  Person's Name
  Street Name & Number
  Area Name/Code
  Region Name
  An email Address that's compulsory, and is associated with the card.
  
  We are bereft of a National Database & Identity Verification System.
  
  Lousy Records Keeping System.
  
  Our political systems and governance structures are not founded on Science and Metrology.
  
  A Winner-takes-all Constitution for stability is overdue for a developmental Constitution.
  
  A political dispensation that's disinterested in the devolution of power to local government or decentralization.
  
  If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there. In other words, we have no extended, medium, short, fifty, twenty, or five-year development plans.
  
  Lack of Continuity, Consistency, and Coherence in Planning & Development, instead of wastage, leakages, and outright duplication of projects in the name of scoring cheap political points or bragging rights for partisan sake, while others suffer.
  
  No Digital platform for asset declaration, verification, and monitoring before and after, as a prerequisite to contest for any public office in the soon-to-be-amended Constitution.
  
  Finally, how about our political campaign financing for transparency, accountability, and sanitizing for political purposes? Yet, they claim there is hope in this NDC "ORAL & RESET AGENDA" regime.
