This is the truth so far I have heard from Ken. He has never said anything very meaningful but this caution is true! Family members will pretend yet will pray to destroy your business after they have benefited massively! I am an Ashanti and when I was leaving to UK I entrusted my contractor license to my brother. Because I was leaving for a while we agreed that he will be the managing director. This my brother got so many contracts and made money but not once did he disclose to me how many contracts he did, the profit, etc. Worst of it, the vehicles and machinery he bought he placed all of them as his personal property not the company. Anytime I came on holidays, i will be the one who will renew the license!He used the money and bought items for family members without consulting me so the family are all supporting him. At a family meeting,they all turned against me! I am weeping as i respond! But with God, all is well. I know many people have had such terrible experience, but the God above and watching! thank you, Ken. You made my day.

Bro Ken - I side you with 100%. That's why in the U.S. most companies where those in leadership roles don't hire their family members. I have been cheated by my own brothers when I was building a family house for the family. Sideline all family members especially brothers and sisters as they are ungrateful and only know how to mess you up terribly. They will tell you give it to God but God hasn't said he need the spoils of wicked family members.
