  Akontant general itself is the real culprit. That 5673 wasn't anybody biaa but their own thievery revenue streams, just stealing from the state coffers.

  Account general is fooling, how can you block someone who's at post salary and call it separated staff, because of political gains. How can someone working for over 5yrs be classified as such. What happened to the headcount ...

What happened to the headcount or nationwide exercise you counted?? And you are there choosing money with your family, leaving others to suffer in this difficult economy. May God punish you all....You are not Ghanaian than others.. God punish you for this...

  If you were at post but could not submit your documents for verification on the spot then you will be affected.

This means every government that loses power deliberately pad the payroll. This is a very cruel act. How could you be home and receiving monthly payments through fictitious names put on the payroll? As long as nobody is made to pay for such wickedness it will never stop.
