    P/NDC destroyed Omnibus Transport Services (OSA) and STC and replaced it with GPRTU(Owners of Trotro).Imagine all these were fully working with an addition of the VIPs and other private companies.

    What can the Transport Minister do? It is a free market.The only decision the govt can take is to ban Trotro and allow only companies to operate mass transport with big buses.Trotro is a huge cost to the state.
