Shai, no farmer can get to buy dollars at 10.25ghc. What do they need even dollars for? Businessmen who need dollars pay over 15ghc for a dollar so stop deceiving people with that calculation.

Why should farmers pay for the inefficiencies of COCOBOD? It is absolutely untenable to reason that because of the carry overs farmers should be penalised with low price.
