    This is very bad. BoG is buying 91 day bills under 10% so why buy 56 day bills over 24% there's obviously something in the soup

    Unfortunately Ghanaweb is a not the place for such in-depth analysis. Their "journalists" are light weight. The site is heavy on gossip and such.
