  Ghana would not be mourning 8 gallant men who passed away through helicopter accident if ministry of communications had use video link or connection to a mounted big screen in oboasi at.the.event.site whiles the government officials would only have to stay in Accra to present their messages live or pre-recorded through a video link in the ministry office..Because our roads are bad ,coupled with poor railway service and accident prone aircrafts or fly confins it's better for regional ministers and departmental heads travel to these event places whiles ministers in Accra would have to present their policies via video links ,after all Ghanaians rely on Television news stations to listen to government policies and the President speech or statement to Ghanaians. Use of video links to mounted big screen at event places is cheaper, safer,convenient and reliable.
