I supposing you manufacture Palm Kernel oil in the village and you bring it to Accra to sell, no problem. The same product, the moment you label it, then FDA steps in and asks you to get approval. Mahama needs to overhaul FDA if he seriously wants a 24 hour economy. We just tired of slogans.
