  Well said TAGG. I can not agree with you more. Meanwhile, I expect our Head of State to act as a Head of State wherever he is. On arrival in Tokyo, I observed that Mahama was carrying a small hand bag and I asked myself is there no one in his entourage who could carry that bag? Furthermore, I saw the President surfing on his mobile phone at the VIP lounge which I thought was very unpresidential. Our president should represent and project us as civilized people.
