When a regulator approaches a problem it must involve stake holders to ensure its actually serving the stakeholders good.Now regulators are not a profit making body they are to ensure sanity and order in a sector.its unfortunate some regulators create unwarranted levies and certificates to fleece the masses.
I support the minister sit with stake holders agreen on a timeline and everything will be smooth
