  well, maybe im not privy to the system of governance in gh but in any civilised nation if market people decide to encroach on high school property. the first people to be called will be the police. the cops will come and ask the marketfolk who allowed them or gave them license to operate there. if its the assembly the police will deal with them. if its the community and unit cmmttee the police will deal with them. so if you decide to bypas the arm of the law and engage the assembly and unit cmttee. then what at all is wrong with you? or was she also chopping monies from the market folk on the side? i wont be suprised ...like Dede Ayew said....WE ARE GHANA!
