    Don't say anything nonsense what about the air BNB price for a day charges and you are comparing monthly rent look at the prices and labor cost aday as at now . The only problem is salaries are too weak for workers

    So you see,as usual we are overlooking the obvious. That is why many landlords are not renting out their rooms. To think that a tenant will disrespect the landlord because of some law.

    Law books in Ghana make great door stops. Especially landlord/ tenant and employer / employee laws. The law here is a matter of who can afford the biggest bribes. Greed is the rule of law.
