  Why create another monster? This will be another waste of resources just like the many councils we have. Create, employ people, pay them fat salaries and allowances, and yet no results like the special prosecutor's office. Once the executive remains the appointing authority in all these councils, let's forget about any positive impact this and other councils will bring. The executive is too powerful in this country. I hope the constitution review committee would take care of that when they present their final work.

  Thank God, Ghana will no longer be a debt warehouse of Africa, living and lavishing on other people's money, instead of working for our own. The stealing, corruption and lies by politicians over the past 50 years is coming to and end, no more easy money, no more cheap money, no more loans, no more going to the capital market, no more loot and share on silly contracts, wasteful spending on 110 hospitals knowing full well we can hardly complete one.
  No more 6 lane expressway from Accra to Kumasi, when we can hardly complete the current one, always planning to borrow based on lies and silly talk by our ignorant leaders, instead of working for our own money.

  Our roads are in bad shape, drinkable water is in short supply, we are still suffering from the notorious no bed-syndrome at our hospitals & clinics, energy supply is still inadequate, our information systems are third if not fourth rated, salaries are low, better not mention unemployment rate and levels, among many of our national headaches.
  Is Fiscal Council we need according to the gospel of President Mahama & NDC gov`t?
  When shall we observe sound progressive but not retrogressive governance in Ghana?
