  Look at the black man rejoicing over sending more raw materials to Europe. Kofi Buah couldn’t tell us Government is enforcing a ban on log and timber exports. He should ask the Gambian Ambassador to how it’s done. Gabon also banned the export of timber in 2010 to protect its forests and here we have an empty head celebrating a historic foolishness. Why didn’t the Minister think of getting IKEA to invest in our local wood industry? Indonesia is another country that doesn’t allow timber exports. Why couldn’t we be more sensible?
