  I find it strange that the US congress which is supposed to spearhead this fight has been silent and appears to agree with the actions of the president regarding this tariffs. Plaintiffs appear to be unpatriotic citizens who are benefiting from the existing trade order. The seven Judges considered only their understanding of the law and totally ignored the potential benefits of Trumps tariffs on the US economy.
