  What EXACTLY has the 30-year lease given Ghana?
  Whose interest does the GCM serve? Ghana or their MASTERS, the Foreign miners?
  Government must do whatever is in the nation's INTEREST.

  15yrs is better. If foreign investors will be discouraged, that's good news for us. It will compel locals to develop capacity to mine. Don't we have mining schools? Or they've also started teaching dondology.
