As usual rhetoric, big grammar,big ideas but luck the political will of implications. Not the first time we are hearing this.it was said in 1992,1996,2009,2012.
Ghana Water Company is rationing water throughout the country. Some communities have been without water for many months.
NPP did not care. NDC does not care. We want a 24-hour water supply!!!
