  Before any Ghanaian citizen picks a broom to clean the gutters and drainages, let's ask both NDC and NPP one question. How come the various assemblies gave out contracts for the construction of gutters and drainages without instructions to cover them? And they want Ghanaians who have paid taxes for these things to do something foolish by cleaning gutters and drainages and leaving them uncovered only to clean them again and again? In most cases the filthy is left by the side of the gutters and drainages only to end up in the same gutters and drainages. Work done? ZERO!!!

  This nonsense has been going on for ages. My brother was molested some years ago by soldiers at Takoradi for asking that what happens to the refuse that are cleared from the gutters because after cleaning no refuse truck comes to collect it. And that it's useless and insulting because the refuse will return back to the gutters when it rains. Are we going back to that useless exercise?

Because if the gutters had been covered no idiot will dump anything into them to breed mosquitoes and cause malaria. This is no fucking rocket science. All gutters are covered where our politicians live so their children don't have to get involved in that sanitation program.
