With all the resources at the disposal of the state we are not able to deal with this menace. Leadership in Ghans are people centred but selfish interest. Pollution of water bodies should be criminalised in this country. Water has no substitute and water is life therefore anybody who pollutes water is murderer and also dserve ro die. Ghanaian leaders do not take drastic decisions to protect tge citizens. No water for people in about 5 districts
