  Look at all this nonsense, IMF giving small monies to government in smaller tranches, they don't even pay back with all the revenues from different sectors of the country. They take this monies to build roads , instead of building hospitals like Korle by into international standard that will benefits Ghana and beyond, build railway from Accra to Kumasi that will yield huge returns and reduce road traffics.and accidents. So many other reasonable projects with higher returns. What's the guilines and structures for which IMF is monitoring what this funds are been used for? Ghana is completely destroyed by Npp and Ndc. And for IMF, they are worse than Npp and NDC combined

When are we going to learn, the West only look out for their best interest, they are here only for what they can get. Giving us loan after loan and looking the other way while our leaders misuse and pocket the funds, helping our leaders hide stolen money in off-shore accounts or banks in London or Switzerland
  while they robb us of our natural resources. The
  more money we receive from them the poorer we get. That is their mission. We will never develop with the IMF controlling our finances. When will we
  have a government with Ghana 's best interest at
  heart? All our governments (Nkrumah excluded)
  past and present should hang their heads in
