Good news. But regards the photocopy bit, he should tackle the NHIA departments in the hospitals. Only God knows how they dispose off those thousands of papers at the end of the day

The backlog clearance is true. My son requested a replacement and name amendment and it took him 2 years to get it. He picked the new card in August this year.
How I wish same happens at the Birth and Death Registry. Cos that department, the least said about them the better
