  What is wrong with this so called foreign minister? First he wanted to change Ghana passport so he can award a contract to his front company to overinvoice the government - a clever way to loot government covers. Then he closed down the Ghana Embassy in Washington, DC, fires all the Akan employees there and brought his "Nyebro" brothers and sisters. Now he is talking about building Ghana embassies around the world so he can award contracts, 20% for himself and NDC party.
