  Why do you give your economic strategic plans to the colonialist IMF ?

  Politicians cannot run a nation. It's a business. You need a businessman running Ghana. It's about budgets and bottomline, not lining pockets.
  The IMF did nothing to help, except mask mismanagement and delay fiscal failure.
