You're right Dr. Boadu. This is a problem with many of our laws dealing with appointment of officers for state organizations. The executive has too much presence through the influence of appointments. It has bred corruption which has led to serious thievery and waste. The level of executive's influence must be reduced drastically to give Ghana a chance to make a headway.
