Why not bring the tires , triangles, reflectors rather to the spot fine and ensure drivers correct the wrong vrs collection of fines and still leaving drivers with problems ? What sense does it make to continue purnishing drivers, leaving th poor and still with the issues on thier cars ?

  My take here is not politics. However, why do you give me roadworthy certificate to go and use on unworthy road? Potholes, manholes, unmarked roads etc etc are what we are contended with. Every year this circle continues. You issue a death warrant for me to go and kill myself. A yearly ritual. DVLA why? Is our roads worthy? Why don't you issue certificate to the effect that we know the good roads. I think you should come again. I'm waiting for the day I will meet your enforcement team. Thank you.

  Every debt or charge either public or private must attract some late fee charges added to the existing charge or debt. Say, 1% or 2% charged to be added on, including rents.
