Some of us saw this when Kennedy Agyepong was doling out gifts to Muslims, paying school fees making his Ken City a centre for the distribution of alms, making himself the peoples man. He was preparing not just the grounds but minds for his personal ambition, to be President. Ken is a good man, Ken likes the poor, though he thinks people are poor because they are lazy. He can create jobs for each youth in Ghana, because he has created businesses in which workers are underpaid, President Ken will solve our problems on one-to-one basis, just as he parcelled out cans of oil and mini bags of rice and half piece of cloth to widows. Sorry, this isn't governance. It is not the location of a Ministry that does the job. It is the vision like developng holticulture farming as you say, plans and programmes and the know how that will deliver and like it or hate it,
some book knowledge too. Ken, space is no more a limitation, not even time.
