In other words, the person throwing the stone does not need to be PERPENDICULAR to the moving object.

Whether train, VIP Bus or an STC Coach, it is very easy to hit the windscreen for a side.

In the case of the minor: well, when I was a minor (10, 11, 12) I was throwing stones to fetch dry coconuts from coconut trees. You may not have lived in a village before , so you didn't experience the harsh realities of life!!
