  Indeed the energy minister deserves tons of accolades for the efficient management of the sector.. However, there is one particular area within the utility sector perhaps outside his jurisdiction I wish to bring the attention of the President to and that's is GHANA WATER COMPANY LTD, this is one state organization that I believe have been very abysmal and sloppy in the discharge of their mandate to the people over many decades..
  We need comprehensive AND MASSIVE OVERHAULING OF GWCL BECAUSE THEY HAVE SIMPLY AND WOEFULLY FAILED TO DELIVER TO THE GOOD PEOPLE OF GHANA. OVER 90% of households in Ghana don't have 24/7 access to portable supply of fresh water through their pipes.. yet it keep giving endless excuses why it cannot deliver many of these local
