  Not sure if there is any law enacted by the Parliament which holds respective banks accountable for fraud perpetrated by various banks staffs. The Bank of Ghana knows about the existence of colossal frauds by banks staffs. Here is it - BoG MUST, with parliamentary act or BoG policy, surcharge any financial institution reporting fraud by their staff (directly or through collusion) at the end of its fiscal year. With that, the banks who knows the staff committing the fraud, would go after them and they have to by law be prosected, either in person or in absentia. Stop these MORAL appeals at conferences/meeting, because it does not work and would not work. BoG ENFORCEMENT is the key. Or something already exist and the BoG is not doing its job? What is the parliamentary banking oversight committee saying/doing?

  I have block factory, and i gave car to my manager to have comfort not to corrupt . i paid him more than the profit he was bringing but he was still looting my factory.

  Just control and protect your work. If you are growing and your health is not helping you, kindly close or sell the factory and be freeeee. I know what i'm talking about.

  When banks are only considering recruiting contract workers this is the net effect , BoG should compile banks to give decent work to Ghanains and stop the contract option
