When you increase salaries and the cedi loses value you are at the same point, like you increase salaries by 10% for the year and the cedi depreciate by 10 or 20% you have done nothing, if it's 20% then there is no increments and they have lost 10% of the value of their salaries, if we are able to solve the cedi problem everything will be fine it's the mother of all the problems Ghana is facing
