  Yes, it is true from personal experiences. A a two bedrooms on Lakeside Estate was billed 1245 a month. After a careful review it was found the amount was for 5 months thus 249 per month meanwhile, I was paying 300 a month for 9 months. When I visited the Lakeside office, to point the error I was told I cannot tell them how to manage their business. I then requested a prepaid meter, and they told me there was none. Suffice to say I never trusted them.
