  Akufo Addo and the Akyem mafia operated a scheme led by Ken Ofori Atta. They targeted public funds so they birthed SML, Agyapa, PDS etc. They used Ken Ofori Atta's insurance company called Enterprise Insurance as the insurer for State properties when SIC which belongs to the State for playing the same role was relegated. These guys are cruel and evil. The sad part is, they've recruited some unpatriotic voices in the media and other professionals to trumpet the "good name" of SML.
