Who is Kissi Agyabeng to determine otherwise. They should stop the media trial and go to court with their case to allow the facts to speak for themselves instead of this trial by public opinion.

  The SML contract was not terminated rather the contractual agreement had run it's course and the present administration opted not to renew the contract.

  You can't claim performance under an unconscionable contract. Eg. You can't claim to perform if you sign a contract to supply in Tema a tin of Ideal Milk at GHS 1,000 per 200g tin.

  You can't claim performance under an unconscionable contract. Eg. You can't claim to perform if you sign a contract to supply in Tema a tin of Ideal Milk at GHS 1,000 per 200g tin.
  Claiming that you supplied 1,000 tins so you must be paid GHS 1,000,000 is unconscionable, when the same tin of milk sells in the market for GHS 12.
  All parties to such a contract must be prosecuted for conspiracy to defraud the state and fir causing financial loss if any payments have been made under such contract!!
