  Why would Gifty Oware with over eight thousand ghost names on payroll not be able to meet her bail condition of ten million cedis ? It is just a drop in the bucket considering the amount that she has dubiously received from the scandal. In the Asian countries, such a person will be in jail until she is prosecuted and given the capital punishment.

  Our legal systems and processes of prosecuting corrupt political and high-profile individuals are painfully slow.
  Justice delayed is justice denied.
  The consequences of corruption in Ghana is just nothing to write home about. We are not a serious nation ready to fight and possibly eliminate or drastically reduce corruption to the barest minimum from our brains and bones.
  The Hight Court Judge who set that minimal bail money of just ten million cedis regarding how much is reported stolen and missing should be questioned and if possible, fired immediately.
