  This weak corporate governance has resulted in taking unplanned and hurried decisions by government which ended up in the revocation of the licences of banks and other financial institutions. This bad decision has created untold hardships to individuals who are fighting to get their investments paid and others waiting to get their locked up funds released to them.

  This is the honest truth that I have heard in many years. The boardroom is full of actors pleasing the boss who controls their appointment. The chairman of the board is a direct extension of the shareholders.
