  Abusuapanin,discerning Ghanaians eere not expecting anything different but majority of voters want it and so we have it.They cannot provide ordinary hospital beds but can happily throw a colossal amount of $10billion ( per BoG Governor) into the economy to stabilise a wobbly cedi.
