  My BIG question is why almost everyones economic analysis excludes the fate of depositors of the locked up funds?Please please we need our money to live.

  Very true, time is running out for some of us. Don't know when some of my students I led to deposit their hard earned savings will be paid. Retired 5 years ago and that tells you my age. Hmm!
