  Bitumen are imported either via port or from Cote D'ivoire via the boarder. All these point CEPs operate.

  Bitumen are imported either via port or from Cote D'ivoire via the boarder. All these point CEPs operate.
  Aside that road Ministry agents supervise every government road projects ( GHA, urban roads....). These agencies have MDs or CEOs and sit engineers in charge.....So we have people to hold accountable and such committees will be out of place in my view.
