    It's true. Most of them are not Ghanaians. That's why some of us thought this legalisation was not necessary. Government only had to improve public transport.

    How do you know who is foreign and who is not? I think this okada passenger thing has to stop in the big cities. Accra should be aiming for higher standards a modern city. They can operate outside the city but not within.
