  That corrupt former Finance Minister ran away to the USA where he's hiding his looted funds, but kept telling Ghana authorities that he was not fit travel back to Ghana because of illness. Unbeknown to Ghana authorities, that crook was busy laundering his looted funds and preparing to retain legal counsel in the USA to fight his extradition to Ghana. Ofori-Atta is a corrupt thieving looting liar who pretended to be a God-fearing Christian while he was busy looting Ghana government assets when he served as Ghana's Finance Minister.
