  If anybody in Gh thinks The former finance minister will serve any custodial sentence, you lie to yourself. The politicians are just fooling us. They know the evil deeds of one another. Dr. Kwabena Duffour who through fraudulent means acquired government funds in millions was let off after paying a small percentage of his loot. This back and forth with Ken will go on until we either forget it or a new government comes to power. Then the dubious deals of some officials of this government will be known. They know what the do. The system is like scratch my back I scratch yours. Until we rise up and violently demand accountability from our leaders, our governance will remain same.
