  Good move. Pension funds should be financing critical infrastructure that can pay for itself. Express ways, Ports, Power generation etc etc. Why should the government spend money on these when Pension funds can be used to invest in these critical projects that can make long term profits to sustain pension fund. That is the smartest way to invest pension funds.
