  Public transportation should be under the control if the tema metropolitan assembly or the city if Tema. Use city funds, seek a loan buy busses, hire professional bus drivers, demarcated bus stops with a bright sign, a bus shelter to shield riders from the rain n color the busses in orange or yellow for easy identification.
