  Additionally that mid stream sector requires a large land mass coupled with the unstable tailing deposited as the deposited mas has night flow ability.

  The young Minister got the date wrong! It was purposely to develop the the Bauxite, that brought about the building of the iconic Akosombo Dam! Long before 1967!
