Its because you guys were afraid of Sammy Gyamfi because you knew you were dealing in illegal mining that is why you chose not to apply. The Man is a Ghanaian who has the money and met all the requirements to be aggregator. If you think you met the criteria, why didn't you apply.

I prefer to have a Ghanaian to be a Sole aggregator than have thousands of Chinese and Indians taking our Gold away.
